A durable and reliable firing mechanism is the basic condition for the development of a high-quality durable sniper rifle. The factory trigger is sufficient for the basic springs. But when you use stronger springs, the chance of damage increases significantly. Unfortunately, this cannot be avoided even with cheap alloy firing mechanisms. Only made of steel can guarantee the greatest durability.
The AirsoftPro CNC firing mechanism is made based on a proven design that has been used in other models as well. The goal was to create an extremely durable firing structure that does not fail even when using the strongest springs. Therefore, it is made with a combination of aluminum alloy casing (housing) and hardened steel parts.
The body is CNC machined from light but durable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy . The aluminum parts have a high-quality anodized coating. The piston lock, lever and spring guide stop are made of steel and hardened to HRC48-55 . The top of the burner is equipped with a ball bearing for smoother firing. The shafts are made of stainless steel. Two torsion springs ensure that the latch returns to its original position. The entire firing mechanism consists of 20 parts. Tested with M190 strength springs. All parts are easily accessible. It can be easily installed in two minutes. Allows the use of the factory safety lever.
